Post 7: Changes to my study programe

I find it strange to comment on possible aspects to improve on the architecture career, because I am still studying the first year of this, so this blog  will talk based on my little experience within it.

I would like to mention that a greater emphasis should be given to the subjects that require mathematical and physical analysis. During this year that I have been studying at the University, the subjects of mathematics and physics have been reduced within the thematic axes in which these should be taught.  Although I do not dislike, at the same time,  this is not part of my preferences,  because all kinds of structures are supported by physical laws, and I especially notice with my peers that they do not have very good basis for these subjects and They  make it difficult for them, so the university should adopt some way to teach these topics in a better way. Regarding infrastructure, the faculty is a historical                             heritage, therefore, so many interventions cannot be made. However, I find that the spaces that this faculty grants for the three courses that are taught within it are small, and although, I have not yet been able to see or live the relationships that can be developed at the University in our classrooms, because of the Pandemic and the lockdown, I find that it is very possible that there are various agglomerations in the faculty. On the other hand,   it seems to me a positive point that the university has technologies, computers, a library,  courts, and a casino for students.

Finally, to say that I think that some areas do not respect the hours that should be allocated for workoutside the class, generating that in many occasions and circumstances, the times dedicated to other subjects are matched and mixed, causing a lot of stress for the  students, in addition to the context of the pandemic which  also does not favor some areas of study (such as a workshop or environmental research) that should be carried out purely in the field. However, here the university cannot do much, since its action is based on the advance of the pandemic.
